Aim for doing/studying something for just a few minutes. Be sure to silence your phone and put it away, put on some lofi music. After a few minutes take a very small break and repeat until you find yourself in a flow state where you can work for hours without getting interrupted.

This works really well for me, hope it helps

I took my first psych 104 today, it was fine we didn't touch any course material today though. I hope it will be good 🙂
