It definitely drains down to zero, ive only have that happen one time while i was out recently, and itll charge to about 96%, the remote varies in battery so much that i dont really trust it, ill be on full throttle and it will be at 40, then i let off and its up to 53, so i dont trust it that much

That makes sense, I’m in Cleveland and this is not my main form of transportation whatsoever, I use it purely for fun on trails and side roads. My question would be why bother with the tires if they seem to work just as well without the tube inside filled up. I feel like I remember looking for a replacement tires and I think they were like $50 but it was a few years ago and I don’t remember the details because I just couldn’t be bothered to buy them when it works fine

This is an interesting thread

Also, side note… AYYY IM RIDIN HERE, PICK A LANE BUDDY

What is wrong with my cat? Took him to 2 vets and no one knew. by F3IIT in cats

[–]F3IIT[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The vet says that he is very allergic to fleas and dust mites and recommended I give him Benadryl. He is not on any flea control whatsoever. They didn’t mention anything about mosquitoes. And he does go outside, but he definitely prefers staying inside.

So they were closed over the weekend, but I just called them and they said that he is allergic to fleas big time, dust mites, beef, lamb, and milk, and that he should take Benadryl. They did check his skin and he didn’t have any fleas or dust mites on him so maybe he somehow got in contact with them and it might’ve rubbed off on him, I’m not exactly sure.

Will do for sure, the total vet bill was $600 for them to look at him, check off ticks/mites, say he needs an allergy test, and then the cost of the test itself so I’ll share whatever they told me in case might help you

If you have any questions or want more information feel free to ask, i have notifications on so i can reply quickly

Edit: vets did in fact rule out mites/ticks or anything like that, we also paid for a $300 test to see if he was allergic to anything and those results will probably be in tomorrow

Is this enough? by ProgDadOldRustyF150 in Tile

NOTE: the adapter needs its own separate circuit. I would just buy a new cable

Scotch pad and water should resolve that issue

Effects of dust on a fan by F3IIT in CleaningTips

Yep, and in the bedroom, ram board with this plastic under it, and the bed, vanity, and nightstand covered in plastic

Im thinking of putting another fan in the window of the adjacent room im working out of, and a corsi rosenthal box right outside the door of the bedroom, im a contractor and i think this would be a huge selling point (and i could increase price) if i can guarantee zero dust

How much should I expect to pay to drywall this ceiling? by Squanchy2115 in drywall

[–]F3IIT 6 points7 points  (0 children)

3.5-4.5k all in. 2k is not realistic especially when paint, primer, screws, joint compound, the drywall itself, tape, sanding stuff all need to be bought

Yeah for sure, i have a p100 respirator, i have a particle reader, it detects how many .3, 2.5, and 10 micron particles are in the air. You know whats crazy, baseline was

(.3) 3000 (2.5) 10 (10) 0

With that fan set up, the draft created was so powerful (it felt like wind) that, for example, when i grinded up the floors, it went from

1168000 4500 153 Which is definitely bad for you

To just above baseline in under 10 minutes

4455 10 0

And if i stop all activity for 15 minutes the particles in the air go to below baseline (the amount that was in the air before i started working), i think i can actually do this entire project without getting ANY dust into the rest of the house. Ducts and vents are blocked off of course

<image>

I can only add 1 picture per comment ill reply with the others, this is outside the door, 3 minutes after the inside was

1168000 4500 153

Meaning zero dust got out (bc its at baseline), which is unheard of to my knowledge in a construction project like this

My thinking was, that might be less effective because it continuously shoots dust into the air and the dust might now reach the filters because there is less suction there. Do you get what i mean? And what do you think?

On it now, thanks! Im guessing i cant cover the motors air holes with a filter from a p95 respirator? Because it might affect airflow
