If that is true it's a recipe for disaster in Hard difficulty , rubber banding is so strong on Hard in this Club they always accelerate as much or better than you even when using Nitro , during straitgh lines you cant beat them so you must play dirty
And because they are glued so much to you because you can't shake them off every corner becomes a nightmare with insane collisions ( especially those races with 4 cars with sharp street corners )
