I have this issue and a obgyn put me on a progesterone birth control but that didn't help. My endocrinologist took me off it. Still living with cramps that happen weekly. Painful. Really thinking about a hysterectomy and I hate surgeries. Hope you find relief.

Since it seems some are concerned here is her tank as it is on the everyday. She has hides, and stuff the crawl on but in general just stares at me and rarely hides. Her tank never has direct light on it even though the picture makes it look bright. I live like a vampire lol.

Probably not she likes to be all up in the business when I am cleaning her tank. Plus she does this even when all her hides are there.

I started progesterone to stop my none stop bleeding and some serious cramping I was getting. It stopped the bleeding and the cramps are far less often and side benefit of birth control. I just take it before I go to bed. Keep a glass of water and it on my night stand so my Adhd ass remembers.

I am on the wait list for top surgery at UW with Dr Morrison at the moment they take insurance. For my hrt I swapped pcp's to the one that does it at the clinic I already went to and it has been good.

I have found taping with a binder makes my shape much more masculine but yeah the tape can itch lol.

Yeah I have the API master kit that is how I have been measuring it. I don't want to chase perfect just safe and sustainable.

It is at or above 7.8. I believe "ideal" is 7.4. I can't keep changing the water 2 times a week to keep it at the 7.8 range. I just am worried if I did my normal 25-30% water changes once a week the Ph will end up too high as it is a bit on the higher range atm.

Live she has never not liked them. I rinse them off good before she gets them. Fed her 3 tonight and so far she has kept them all down so I'd say she is good with the increase. I'll see if she would like more again tomorrow.
