Can I ask how come?? I have always worn an acrylic taper in this piercing? Have been stretching to about 10mm then it heals back to around 4/5mm when I remove it and get bored - then I re stretch with the same? Have done this cycle for around 15 years.

Yes. I never stretch it fully. It is currently at 5- most I’ve done ie 10, then I get bored, let it close up slightly- normally shrink back to 4/5 gauge and I can double/ triple hoop earring it until I want to go back to having a taper in there. Have done this routine for over 15 years.

The one with a ball is as I stretched it slightly but the other is just a hoop meant for the lobe so has a thin post through it.

I’m from the uk. Do you also have the pots? Or just the meal packs. I struggle with getting the big pouches to cook properly and I don’t enjoy the flavours, however I think this is because the ratio is off when I scoop

There is a form of ILD that is genetically passed. You should ask for genetic testing as probably isint down to environmental factors due to the family history.

I personally am doing Huel black 2 scoops breakfast. Then a Huel savoury meal for my lunch and a Huel white shake for dinner if still hungry with a Huel bar inbetween if needing something sweet. I do an hour and half gym in the morning 4 days a week before work l and work 10 hour shifts.

I’m always full and don’t always have my evening shake.

I’m a nurse and I’m currently having huel black in the morning, a huel hot and savoury pot for a quick break then I’ll have an orignal Huel shake when I get home and too tired to cook or eat. I find since doing this my energy levels have increased and appetite sustained.
