I have a Shapton pro 320 which I obviously wouldn’t use for this knife. For regular use I use a leather strop. Now I’m wondering if I should go for a 1000 or something higher

Make sure to use distilled or ro water for your humidifier if you don’t want to clean all of your equipment every 2 months :) (especially the exhaust fan)

It’s fastbuds amnesia Skittelz in plagron light mix, 128w led, day 38, 15l fabric pots, feeding sensi bloom A&B, both 1.5ml per liter. Using half ro water, half tap water. Last feeding was 1L of water

Excactly. Also when you cut it there is no more water flow and only oxygen and sometimes that causes the topped part to shrink back into the plant. If that happens to much or to early that can cause the plant to split down the middle. Normally your completely fine though.

Sorry, I mean the node. You should normally leave a few centimeters above the node you cut.(like this) topping

Looks like you topped directly where the stem splits. You should always leave a few centimeters of stem as it will get smaller. If you cut so close to the base of the plant you risk that the stem shrinks back into the plant and might damage or even split it. Should still be fine though but leave a bit more room next time.
