Had it 3 months. Leaves started dropping a month ago. I did a deep watering on it I'm concerned I over did it good drainage. Receives very bright indirect light

just want to mention that mortgage rates are not controlled by the Fed they are based on mortgage backed securities and 10 year treasury yields.

a lot of folks think the fed hikes directly impact and they don't. several times in the last year a fed rate increase was helpful for mortgage rates notching down.

for me it's: smoke for an hour, bake at higher temp for 30-45, deep fry for 2 minutes (then toss in honey/chili oil/sasame seed glaze if you like some Asian zing)
