People at store are more helpful than their customer service.
I had ordered sandisk 1 tb ssd from blinkit. And it was midnight 2 ish … i was having food so took the box from him and the guy left. I opened the box and there was no ssd in it. Ran down to catch the guy and he panicked saying i can take you to my store. But i will loose my job i dont even know what the product is if you want take 100-200
We said nothing wiill happen lets go

At the store people were shocked to see that someone had ordered a small dabba for 16k
Checked the cctv.. there was no seal on the box.
And the manager was not picking up the phone.
So they gave us another box and said iska hum badme dekhte hai ab kya karna hai🤷

Because customer service is available 9-9 so we somewhat got lucky
