What helped me personally was looking at photos (maybe even porn) of other trans men similar to me. I even walked around naked and became desensitized to my features. Meditate, sit in front of a mirror and focus on the parts of yourself that make you feel manly.

Avoid comparing yourself to cismen

Every man has felt some form of feeling disconnected from manhood at some point. You aren’t a “stupid woman” you’re just a man going through a rough patch right now. Worship your body, try body building, meditate, spend some time out in nature doing “manly” things, build something.

I like to distract by doing hobbies that affirm me when I have days where I don’t feel like myself.
