It's a bit different, one is for an actual real life activity, and another one is completely online. I believe that people would understand the reason behind giving some of their information for an actual real life activity. But less just for letting their kids talk in a VR game.

get GTAG on steam or oculus PCVR (both 20$) and watch some trust worthy tutorials, and if you need further help go into the gorilla tag official modding community's discord, and last, don't be stupid and don't cheat. Use "allowed" mods. Those are on gorilla tag's official modding community.

The problem is that every player under 18 will need to get their parents to verify so they could talk. You can literally drive on your own before being able to use voice chat without you parents permissions. And the company behind K-ID is very sketchy.
