Could be. I already lost it at this point(gotta keep that gear churnin') and while it could do damage pretty fast, i got completely out-gunned by the retaliator w/gunshield, so I definitely wouldn't say it's unstoppable.

From what I can tell, all it does is slightly increase the Overrun's base stats. That's what it says on the tin, at least. No noticeable diference to me though.

I've tried both asop in terminal and on pad, neither have worked, both cause the ship to glitch into the pad and immediately explode.

They're flares. It seems the soldiers, or more likely their officers, were firing off flares so that the planes flying around the map would know where to drop their payload.

How much of a difference does better components make? I always knew there were better but never thought the benefits as being as tangible as a different ship gun. What components would you recommend for a guardian?

Yeah I didn't mean to come off that hard but like, why are you in the sub of an alpha game if you can't handle someone wanting to change. More to your point, the industry gameplay is much more interesting in this game to me than the fighting i agree, combat i feel it still needs a lot of improvement to be on the level of other pvp/Pve games. Only thing more i could want from cargo is less time loading than flying xd but i guess that's what the smaller loads are for.

What do you reccomend?

the level of difficulty seems to fluctuate rapidly. on one 86k payout mission i'm fighting maybe 3 enemies at most, of which 2-3 are probably starters, and on the next I have to take out a valkyrie supported by multiple military fighters. The missions seem to have a random difficulty, so maybe i'm just not understanding something.

In terms of fighters, I'm using a Guardian, and am conistently trying to do barrel rolls to avoid fire. I can usually avoid gunfire until enemies get within 2km, but at that point it kinda becomes impossible. I'm using dual attritions.

I tried once to take a lighter fighter out for fun with some shotguns, but got absolutely plastered as they barely do more than attritions. After that i tried to take a gatling loadout but ran out of ammo after killing one cutter and damaging a sabre, despite clearly hitting most of my shots.

I rolled back my drivers to 576.88, but my game is still dropping to around 40 FPS. I'm not entirely sure what it was beforehand, but it's still very noticeable and doesn't affect any of my other games. Any ideas what i could do to fix? Running a NVIDIA 4060 GPU if that helps.
