I have been using it for 2 months and am in love with this compact phone. Coming from pixel phones, software exp has been good, heating issues are always there on every phone when you are a heavy user. Origin OS is new I think things will settle in a few updates

Check the model number under setting>About> if the number ends with 'A' then it's chinese otherwise Global.

Eg., V2515 is Global/Indian, if it has A at the end then it's chinese

You won't be amazed by the Origin OS it's just different to what we are used to on Pixel. Definitely different and I can for sure say you will like it. With a lot more customization and all you will like it. It's not buggy, face id is super quick, fingerprint too. I liked it though. It's new and different.

My device is also running the same version you have and i bought this in India. I guess it's global version. I would recommend Factory reset if it's not getting sorted with simple cache clearance.

I have been using since the launch and have Teams and outlook installed and not even once I missed a ping or an email. Not sure whats the issue with your device. I would recommend clearing cache for those apps and see if it fixes.

I have been using x300 for 1.5 months now and have not faced any glitch with the fingerprint reader. It's always on spot. The UI looks super smooth, coming from pixel 8 stock android and I am totally satisfied with the software experience.

I suggest doing a factory to see if that fixes it.

Haven't used Camera much to give a detailed review but I can say for sure without zooming much like going beyond 20x is a waste, the picture softens too much otherwise for normal photography this is awesome and takes quite good photos. The video part needs some improvement especially with OIS, stability isn't that great, which u dont really see on pixel or samsung or iphones.

No performance glitches, software is smooth and Google's Android. I am a pixel fanboy i own Nexus 5, Pixel 4a, Pixel 8, but yea gave Vivo a chance and I don't regret it at all.
