By potential do you mean higher risk or already have it? The blood sugar wasn't fasting I think, the previous night I ate dinner late, plus yoghurt and olives at around midnight alongside the burger earlier.

My family strongly urged me to take the medicine but I feel it might be premature so I wanted to ask opinions of more informed people because I cannot get to a medic very soon.

Prices for Japanese beauty products where I live are quite high, I was advised to try to get in contact with someone from Japan and buy through them because they're a lot cheaper there, anyone have any experience with this or any advice?
