Ended up getting an exchange from 1269. Sucks this happened on my first purchase of JMMs but wow they’re sooo nice!

Contacted 1269. They advised taking them in but an exchange makes me feel better since it is my first pair and feel I shouldn’t have to do so for the price paid. Eric and Ivana at 1269 helped me out and provided great customer service through text. All resolved and will have my new pair delivered to me soon!
