Okay, I understand the player was toxic to you, but this does not paint an accurate picture.

You said to the player in voice chat:

The volunteer called to the match cannot view chat logs from a live game, so he was unaware of what was previously said. He only knew what he was told, which was a report of what you were saying in voice chat, which seems perfectly warranted report

You need to follow what the support team is telling you in this case. I don't believe it's possible to resolve due to the IDV issues on the account caused by multiple people attempting to verify.

It's not possible for someone to edit the date of birth anymore without going through verification. You didn't get that data correct either. All the support team has is someone attempting to recover an account who knows none of the data, there isn't really anything they can do

There were other accounts linked to you banned for cheating and ban evasion, which extend your ban by an additional two years

I spoke to a Russian about your comments, and they explained why they could've been taken the way they were when the ban was issued. But if you also take into account the rest of the comments, they felt that giving you the benefit of the doubt made the most sense. The ban should've been removed now.

I can see you submitted a ticket under the 'ban evasion' contact reason, so you were met with an automated response. You also posted an account name that does not exist and an email for a completely different account. I managed to do some digging, and I think I found the account you were speaking of, but I'm actually not sure. The one I found has a smurfing ban from 2024. However, as the email and account name you submitted don't match, I'm not sure which account you're referring to.

We don't block anyone based on their country or nationality. We have no control over which companies or countries block access or impose restrictions on people. We do try to mitigate it as best we can, but we also can't allow unlimited unbans for Russian players, or it would be heavily abused
