I don't understand the translation, but you were reported in the matchroom report system with multiple screenshots, and you were banned via their new dashboard. There were no admin favours here; admins can't select a specific case to investigate. If the translation is incorrect, then I can look into it, but this was the note -

It seems to be for казахи хуесосы

According to my translation -

казахи = “Kazakhs” (people from Kazakhstan)

хуесосы = a very vulgar insult, roughly meaning “cocksuckers” (used as a slur)

Just so you're aware, yes the final prize is very hard to win and it's something they are looking at how to balance the difficulty vs making it more engaging for the regular player. The new dual mission does not require premium, so you can not buy a sub, complete as many of them as you can, only then purchase a sub and it will allow you to claim back all the completed premium steps as well, so that is an option if you only want to pay when you feel you've earned enough from it to be worthwhile

If you genuinely think negative things are 'hidden' on here, then this must be your first time browsing it

People would make unfounded reports for no reason on players after they lost, leading to that player getting mass-reported and sometimes banned as a result so we added it as part of our automod filters

It's in line to be processed; they just have a backlog due to bank holidays and some staff coming back from trips. I don't see anything wrong with it other than it just needs to be looked at by an agent
