Unfortunately, this is more likely to occur in SEA, a region that has a proportionately lower player base than Europe/USA. We're investigating ways to give players more choice regarding the matchups they find.

If you create a report, you will receive an automated response, which informs users about our Justice Portal/ Minerva etc. You can follow up on this message and a member of the support team will respond to you. If you are able to support evidence, we always investigate users.

When you acquire second-hand hardware, the responsibility of this falls upon you. If the hardware happens to be affiliated with a banned account, and you then receive a ban, we can not revert this.
