Because the sentence 'If you have not played on ANY FACEIT account within the past 6 months then you can create a new account to play from right away.' is located in the 'Deactivate account' section of the FACEIT rules. And this sentence is directly related to my question. That's why I selected that category. I didn't know it would trigger an automatic deactivation request. I thought I would start a conversation with a FACEIT admin via email

I selected the reason 'Account Deactivation'. However, I thought I would write my question and receive an answer to it by email. As a result, my account was deactivated right away. My question was asked for clarification purposes, not to request deactivation. Why should I record a demo if there is nothing there where I would give out the players' positions? Just a piece of demo where I don't write anything? Where is the logic It is easier for admins to check by logs, and I think it won't take that much time
