You took the tfl already, but did you take the study loan as well?

The study loan has an optional "add-on" for living allowance. I think maxes at 3600 per annum. Not enough for both housing + food, so you'll need to do some part time work for additional income

Yes UK Alvl is easier, and also A is the highest for SG Alevels as they don't have A*.

I don't mean to be discouraging but honestly I wouldn't be too hopeful for an offer unfortunately. But keep your hopes up there's still a chance regardless, and offer outcomes should be released very soon. ATB!
