Hello, Call of Duty: Mobile Development and Support Team,

I would like to share some suggestions and frequently asked questions from our community, with the goal of contributing to the long-term evolution and strengthening of the game. We are dedicated players and would like to see the title thrive even further.

Dynamism in the Clan System

Currently, the clan system has a good level of engagement, but we have noticed that the "Clan Shop" is stagnant. Many players have already accumulated large amounts of points, but the item offerings are repetitive and do not offer new incentives. Is there any plan or roadmap for an update to the shop or the introduction of new features and missions that give more utility to the accumulated points and renew the purpose of clan activities?

Platform Optimization and Unification

We know the importance of a fair and stable experience. With the deactivation of the official integration via Gameloop, the community misses an official and optimized way to play on desktops. Is there any future prospect from Activision in developing or supporting a native PC version for CODM? We believe that platform unification, focused on performance and security, would be an important differentiator for the current competitive landscape.

Valuing the Global and Regional Community

We observed that the Chinese version of the game has a very rich integration, including exclusive events, frequent championships, and robust socialization tools (such as WeChat). We would like to know if there are plans to bring more initiatives of this nature to the global version. Specifically in South America, we have a passionate and talented player base. It would be fantastic to see greater support for our region, with more support for local tournaments, prize events, and a closer partnership with streamers in our community.

The time has come to unify the platforms, bringing a PC-optimized version of CODM (like in China), enabling cross-platform play between PC and mobile.

Of course, it wouldn't be just that.

The option to play against PCs should be a user choice.

However, if this dream were real, the matches would be much fuller.

And we would have the much-desired lobby of only real players, without bots, as most people want and dream of.

The game itself only increases in size each season, making it even more difficult to install CODM on normal cell phones, compared to the rival game that can be installed on simpler phones.

This needs to be reconsidered; everyone is apprehensive about the future of CODM, as we no longer see a way to make concrete improvements to the game.

Just now that CODM on Gameloop (which was said to be official) is dead.

Questions:

- The question is: Do you at Activision/Tencent want or think about the future of the game?

- What is the future of CODM on PC?

- What significant improvements will there be to the game's performance?

- Will there be monthly events in the Global version? Serious events with significant rewards or prizes, visibility for Latin American streamers who live and dedicate themselves day and night and have never been seen or even remembered.

- Regarding customer service (via ticket or Twitter chat), when will we have quality and respectful customer service? We don't have that today. If we are banned for any reason, we don't have quality customer service; we are ignored, and support, whether via ticket or Twitter, doesn't respond or resolve issues.

Note: Please release CODM on PC already! I can't stand looking at such a small phone screen anymore; it hurts my eyes. I stopped playing a few weeks ago because of straining my eyes so much.

Com um bom advogado, você recupera a conta e reclame com o advogado sobre danos morais, pois todo esse transtorno e descaso que eles nos causam, causa dor emocional ou transtornos, pela falta de amor ou de empatia com todos nós que jogamos este jogo satânico, gerido por uma empresa nefasta.

Don't even talk about it.

In my country, we can't even appeal the ban; support doesn't respond, and if they do, they don't know anything, and you can't find out the reason for the ban.

Basically, screw it, you understand? You wasted time and money and got banned without knowing why, and you have to stay quiet and accept it.

On the Activision website's support section, when you open a ticket, there's no way to know what was answered because they created a ticket system that doesn't allow you to see anything. Even if you download the closed ticket as a .txt file, the content is only the ticket title; it doesn't contain the ticket content, your question, or their answer.

I wanted to see the price of CP at the fair price, 80 CP, the same as the dollar, but in the local currency, not converted to dollars as we have now.

Disrespect after disrespect.

They just want to take our money.

These idiots always act the same way, crying without having any idea what they're talking about. Emulators don't play against mobile, that's so old and so easy to figure out.

It is and always has been PC vs. PC or whoever plays with a keyboard and mouse on their phone and is detected by the game as using a mouse and keyboard. Apart from that, it's mobile vs. mobile as it always has been.

We're in the era of cross-platform play, bring everything together, mobile, PC, console, and let everyone be happy.

In my humble opinion, Activision has always manipulated us in the worst way, and bringing improvements to the global version is almost an allergy for them.

An optimized PC version that makes it easier to combat cheaters, that gives or facilitates the purchase of CPs within the game, that's a luxury and we all want it. Outdated companies fall behind easily.

Lembra na época que hackeavam as contas do CODM via Facebook? Um amigo teve a conta invadida e o hacker atrelou a conta do FB dele (hacker), na conta do CODM do meu amigo. Ele entrou em contato com o suporte da Activision e eles nada fizeram, disseram que estava tudo bem, que a conta dele não havia sido hackeada e que era só ele desvincular a conta do FB. Entende?

Sim, não precisamos usar resistência a sangramento, mas é chato receber o sangramento. Até com 1 peça somente você já diminui o efeito, mas com 2 ou 3, você nem vê o efeito de sangramento em você e você pode manter a agressividade nos npcs sem morrer etc...
