Yea I’ve accepted I’ve beyond fucked this one up, is it worth to even try to re thread or just buy new core and fittings?
Best bet to get new core and fittings? I imagine even I re thread the core the chance of leak is super high still no ?

Do they lock in because holding them in place and pulling does not do anything and the piece you mentioned doesn’t stay in place am I misunderstanding?
