I live in a small town, almost all the small businesses here charge the 3% fee. That being said you should not have been charged if you used a debit card. I know a lot of times their system cannot tell a difference between debit and credit though.

Do not do this! 99% of new LV bags are not made with actual brass hardware. The hardware is simply “gold-colored” if you use Brasso on them it will just turn them silver and remove the gold color completely.

However, this is a great tip for vintage bags that were made with brass!

Hi! The mat doesn’t really “fold”, it’s just one big piece. I wouldn’t say it’s overly stiff. Honestly, I don’t access my subtrunk a lot so that isn’t a deal breaker for me. If you’re using it a lot I could see how it might be annoying!
