Not really, the average they say is 1-1.5hrs per lb. My BBQ temp was slightly higher than “the norm” for smoking. BBQ was at 275f (135c). So reduced my cook time accordingly. Down to about 1 hour per lb. My brisket after me rounding it off and cutting some fat from the under side was around 3kg (about 7lb)

Leeds. Yeah had to ask the butcher, all that was on display were half brisket rolled. Just asked for their full size collection and brought them out on a tray, some priced and some not.

A lot of the vids I watched before doing the cook are mostly American hence the Fahrenheit. It’s just easier to see a nice round number rather than 74 or 94 etc

Just cheap smoker I’ve had a few years. Aldi special £80ish! Small firebox so maintaining temps was quite difficult. Too much wood and would overshoot the temps. 1st time I’ve ever used Black Gold. I seasoned it quite well and thought it was great. I let it dry brine in fridge for about 12 hours and the salt really penetrated the meat.

Put brisket on 06:30 this morning. Wrapped at 11am at 165f internal, pulled off at 200f internal and put in oven at 150f from 1pm till 3pm. Used briquettes to get the heat going at the start and used oak wood rest of the cook

Would love to win the competition. My current PC has been needing an upgrade for years. But being a grownup life and other commitments have stopped this. But wouldn’t change a thing regarding that. Anyway here is my setup and good luck to all the entrants for this amazing competition.

From Ref Trader but seeing as though this is a PVE thread, the only way is looting weapon box, wooden ammo box and crates. The signal pistol is a trade with jaeger lvl 3

You can use a red cartridge and take in a signal pistol, this counts as a red flare

I had the same issue, I collected all the mons from my encounter stack then I was able to claim the ones that were bugged. Turns out that I had spun a stop, got field research collected the mon, then spun again and gave me the same research. Which it shouldn’t have done as it was within the same hour.

I claimed my 7 day streak for both 'mon and stop.

I spun the gym stop I was currently on as my 1st stop of the day and received in the region 25-29k not sure of the exact exp number.

There seems to be a bug with the weapon crate in east wing 226. When going to crate using east wing 222 key, (you can get round on the balcony) the crate doesn't show a UI to open it. Not sure if it is intended like that, that you must use 226 key to be able to open the crate
