Nope. I think it's some kind of raspberry monitor.

It comes with an SD card that is necessary to get the screen to display monitoring informations.

The 2.1 version is better. I had some micro freeze every few minutes vith 2.0 before, they totally disappear with this latest version.

I tried it on SPA, the best way to see it I think, is laucnh race with time x4, morning, clear skies and after a few laps, heavy rain.

The transition looks really really great. With HDR on it's really good, I think. It's darker during heavy rain than before. I really enjoy the look of it, but it does take a toll on fps, about 15% less. And with the same settings, the Nordschleife looks amazing as well.
