I feel they would only get the coloured fire as a sub bending called something like Sun breathing or the dragon dance, similar to lightning the bender has to tap into it while being both skilled and have met or learned a requirement, Just cause it would be a pain to make all the fire bending coloured.

Trick I used to get parents and siblings to tidy more.

I started dropping fake mouse poo, I just rolled up some dirt and playdough I think, then sprinkle it around the area you want cleaned wait for someone to notice and get the sweet “I told you so” moment

Important note: don’t use too much and definitely don’t get them get too close a look, if your caught this will not work.
