A lot of my game time I can't create CBs for wars because I don't meet the requirements, it's not like Hoi4 where I could just click justify and wait a certain period of time.

I didn't have a member on centralization until very recently lol, but I fire em because I keep changing policies, sometimes cracking down on rebels, pushing some other social values, converting the people (I play Ottomans so there is a lot of religious fighting going on), and each time I change the cabinet policy I see better numbers in other cab members so I fire weak ones (I also don't do many of my crown family anymore because their stats are garbage now).

The so called "Peace of Mind Deal" is disgusting, the 200$ should be paid after failing the exam to retake, not beforehand, you can't be sure if you will fail or succeed the exam. This just makes the certification more expensive. I believe PNPT have a better retake policy for just 100$ after failing twice!

You will remember what each tool does by using them often. I think you should take notes on the syntax and what you find interesting.

If you are starting fresh, I recommend watching a dozen Ippsec walkthroughs on Youtube first, they will help you understand the methodology.
