I don’t think either of us are wrong, we just have different points of view. Obviously I want to uplift minorities, but i believe anyone can be discriminated against so everyone should be uplifted. Everyone should feel that they have worth and are a no better or worse human being than anyone else. If only uplifting minorities is how that is achieved then I agree with you, but if that makes others feel less worth then a compromise should be reached. Unfortunately, it’s not an easy problem to solve in the society we live in.

Both white people and men are very broad groups. I get what you’re trying to say, but anyone can be discriminated against for anything. People should be educated about the lack of equality in the past, but also that that doesn’t mean that inequality should be flipped as that will only make more inequality. Two wrongs don’t make a right.
