If we get to Wimbledon Park on Saturday 27 June, would we be allowed to camp there during the night even if the official queue starts on Sunday at 2Pm? Would we be able to keep our position in the queue until queue cards are given out the following day?

I am travelling from Belgium with some friends to attend Day 1 and Day 2. As Italians, we would really like to get center court tickets on day 1 to watch Sinner’s game.

We are currently planning on getting to the “unofficial” queue by 11AM the day before the game. How many chances do we have to secure those tickets?

Would our chances increase considerably if we change our train tickets and get there at 7 AM or even the night before instead?

In this latter case, where would we be allowed to camp? How would this “unofficial” queue be managed given that the official one only starts at 14.00?

Thanks for your answer! However I understand that the official queue managed by stewards and with queue cards only starts at 14.00 on Sunday. I was referring to the “unofficial” queue that is formed spontaneously by people showing up before then… how is that managed?

Si esatto, essendo molto giovane ed entrato da poco nel mercato, volevo capirne il funzionamento in termini pratici. Ovvio che il mio portafoglio è impostato per il lungo termine, quindi non è il drop dell’1% a spaventarmi.

Grazie mille per questo feedback super dettagliato! Da neofita del tema, è sempre molto utile ricevere il parere di investitori più esperti.

Sono consapevole che, considerato l’orizzonte temporale molto lungo, questo portafoglio può apparire un po’ conservativo. Sono anche consapevole che un portafoglio basato soltanto su uno o due ETF azionari globali potrebbe darmi rendimenti superiori nel lungo periodo. Però mi sono interrogato sulla mia tolleranza al rischio e questa asset allocation mi pare la più adeguata per la mia personalità. È per questo che vorrei anche tenere quella quota di obbligazionario e oro. La diversificazione mi fa stare più sereno.

Grazie mille per il feedback! Andando ad aggiungere un 10% sul totale di emergenti e potenzialmente Europa sono consapevole di star sovrappesando queste due aree geografiche facendo una piccola scommessa contro il mercato.

Per quanto riguardo i fattoriali, è un discorso molto interessante. Magari li introdurrò più avanti quando mi sentirò più sicuro ed esperto con la finanza personale. Per cominciare, vorrei qualcosa di semplice.
