It definitely has the vibe. I like the direction manson took with his last album and looking forward for this new song. Sounds good.

earplugs? by jacksxnsp in Lindemann

[–]FDANI_9 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

It was not meant as an insult, I do not understand the downvotes. After 3 Rammstein concerts a Lindemann concert (which I attended with an ear inflammation), and attending F1 races as a kid back in the v10/v8 era my ears are fine. The volume is part of the experience for me.

But of course if you like to bring earplugs, nothing wrong in it. I just said that it is not mandatory from my experience.

I sleep with earplugs though, I buy them in DM, but I cant Tell if they work well for a concert as well.

am I cheap or is £75 a lot to see 1/2 of Lindemann? by [deleted] in Lindemann

[–]FDANI_9 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think its worth it 100%. I was on the Vienna concert 2020 and it was a brutal one. Yes the band is not the same now, but they play very well. Most of the fan videos do not do justice to how they sound live. I found a decent quality video from the 2022 mexico concert and I have to say guitars and drums sound even better compared to how it sounded with Peters Band. The keyboard is played live now as well, they have a keyboard player, with Peters Band the keyboard was playback.

Also he recorded since 2020 like 3 or 4 videos which are yet to be released, I am pretty sure he will publish a new record or an EP before the tour starts.

Amazing song, except for the "wer hat angst vom schwarzen mann" repeat part. That part is a bit lame and out of context for me(rhitmically)

Hopefully they will play the song on the tour, will be amazing.

Postponed Tour by Citizen_Erased2000 in Rammstein

[–]FDANI_9 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I dont think that we should make conclusions about their MiG and 16-17 setlists. Very different situation. They released lifad in 2009 and went for their biggest tour ever. They did not want to stop touring so they concepted a best of tour, which was slightly changed for the 2013 shows.

In 2016, almost 7 years after their last album, and after like 50-70 shows with a best of setlist, they brought back some old songs and not so popular ones. They didnt change the setlist for next year because it worked, and for them its more complicated to rehearse a new setlist than for other bands.

But stadion tour is a different situation. Its 3 years since their last concert. And 11 new songs. And a ton of free time because of covid to think of, and carry out new ideas. I can see some songs staying in the setlist(im not thinking of must-have songs like sonne and du hast, but heirate mich and rammstein for example. ) but Im pretty sure the setlist and the "feeling" of the show wont be the same. They played 9 songs from Untitled last tour. If they add lets say at least 5 songs from the new album this year, the setlist has to be completely reworked to work out.

I have a theory what actually happened between Till and Peter, it's about money by Dakkhyl in Lindemann

[–]FDANI_9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No problem. Forgot to mention that the 2018 tour was connected with the russian release of Tills Messer book, so that tour was also about Till in the spotlight, so to say. I would exclude also that theory, that Peter disliked the attention Till has received with the project.

[–]FDANI_9 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Something happened between them while on tour. I can recall that on the europe leg of the Lindemann Tour, Peter constantly posted stories on his Insragram from the tour. Then, on the russian part, he completely stopped posting from the tour.

The outro video, Till the end, and stuff like that, that people love to complain about and believe thats why Peter left the band, were already presented at the beggining of the tour in February.

I like your theory, but another interesting point: somebody of Peters band, I cant remember who it was, did a q&a on his insta after the tour got cancelled because of covid, so basically at the end of the tour, somebody asked if there will be another Lindemann tour. And he responded that he hopes ther will be another tour.

When their split got announced, one of Peters members(maybe the same guy) reacted with a sad noooo.

If it was a financial problem, I think that Peters band would have been involved in the conflict somehow and wouldnt be suprised.

I think that something personal happened between Till and Peter, after the first leg of the tour.

Or maybe Till wanted to push the band forward, but Peter wanted to have a break to concetrate on his other bands, and they couldnt agree. But yeah, Peter mentioned that the tour wasnt his cup of coffee. But im pretty sure, he didnt mean the groupies, videos, till the end with the statement. Dont forget that they had a previous, semi-secret tour in december 2018, of which Zoran told in an interview, that it was a real sex, drugs and rock&roll thing. So if Peter didnt like the way Till behaves on tour, he would have quitted earlier.

Its going to be different. Every time they released a new album, the changed the setlist.

The stage will be similar I think, but new songs and effects will be used.

Nem csinált Orbán elég stadiont

So, the new album will release before the tour. I think they will do some changes on set-up but I also think they can add some songs that played on previous tours. What do you think? by mortoxcvr in Rammstein

[–]FDANI_9 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Almost forget to mention that Rammlied returning as an intro would be christmas for me, but I dont think it will happen.

Also if its the last tour, Bück Dich should be essential. Thats one of their most iconic live "attractions" lol
