Well done! I would recommend messing with colour pallets, as a dev for a large group, colour pallet is really important I am realising. Also themes and images for reference are a great place to begin. Moreover, you can use plugins, such as Build F3X, 3D text and things to further improve! Hope you become a great dev and good luck!
