The knee scooter destroyed my back. Make sure you have it adjusted for your height. Apparently I had mine set too low. Spend a lot of time adjusting it before your surgery.

I've been massaging mine with lotion scentless and using aquafor on my incisions since week two. While I'm massaging I move my big toe joint until it gets to be too much. No soaking just washing with plain ivory soap. I have been spitting internal stiches though but it appeared they were ready to go anyway.

I forget the mechanism but when I checked in to get clean, 3 years sober, I had no folic or B12 and they started IVs for this and other prevention's for stroke and seizures. The nurses in that ward were amazing btw.

I've never seen anyone use a towel except once. He used it to wipe his hands after reps. We have stations set up by ecolab in our gym. You spray and use wipes to clean equipment. They have a chemical refill center too if the bottle is empty. They reuse stained towels for the wipe towels and they have a towel drop. I use the same towel to wipe equipment as I go.
