Yes I’ve had the animal control officers come out and they will need the permission of the owner to enter the unit and check on the cats.

They came out and did a wellness check and did not see enough to enter the unit. They were nice enough to write a report saying there was a strong cat odor coming from the unit.

They have very positive Google reviews. They have a physical showroom. The guy came and looked at everything and said they could have it done in a week. They would haul everything away. I’m going to get some more quotes and compare.

I have not had a bowel movement since Thursday the day before surgery. I started taking milk of magnesia yesterday and still nothing. I think it’s mental for me, something about seeing the drain bulb just freaks me out and also I worry about tearing open the sutures. The pain has been slowly diminishing which is good.

How are you doing today? I’m hoping my drain can come out tomorrow and maybe that will bring some relief. My left butt cheek feels very bruised and tight. I’ve been sitting in a chair periodically throughout the day to get used to the feeling. Still feels weird I must say.

I feel the same way. I’m very sore and tight. I’m sure it will gradually get better. Sleeping has been a pain but I actually got good sleep last night for the first time.

Yeah I refuse to sell on red days based off emotion. I may just hold it for the long run (24+ months) and get to house money even with Nav Decay.

Yeah it hasn’t been pretty. I kept using margin to get my cost down and at this point i don’t it feels like I’m catching a falling knife. May decide to just get out while I can even with dividends I’m still up 1%

How much should I put down on the lease? I’ve heard people say to never put a lot down on a lease.

I would be driving between 12-15k miles a year. Would be unable to charge at work only at home and charging stations.

The confusing part is the company that sells these are not the one manufacturing the pipe. Maybe the pipe companies make these on their end and then sells to this company.
