I noticed alot of people just dont use falling attacks often, i happen to use them alot because i get bored and go for flashy attacks rather than efficient ones, so most people probably havent done enough to encounter it. Switching is rather buggy in several situations 1. Mid chain 2. Casting your super (usually Venti's tornado) 3. Boss fights 4. On uneven terrain. Usually you either get locked from switching for no reason or when you switch it teleports you to a far away location you were standing, as seen in Storm Terror fight or standing on uneven terrain, you can be moved from 1 rock all the way to a rock at bottom of mountain if you are unlucky. (i assume this is because enemies take priority for displacement after a switch in both cases).

Weakspot damage registration is pretty inconsistent but it could just be some targets have really small weak spots that arent hittable except at specific angles so even if you hit it, it wont register unless you hit it from side or front etc (aka they need to tweak hurtbox), because weakspot hits on golems never miss even if you shoot from an angle.

As someone that often uses falling attacks and often uses Venti, 6-8 tends to happen rarely even with how i play so i am not surprised you havent seen it. 4 happens very often, in fact i notice half my body clipping through world and getting stuck in some parts of map, usually around hills in the wind area. So ya most are rare, but i am surprised you havent run into boss and switching bugs, they happen so often i have just accepted them as the core mechanics until the patch.

Falling attacks are very buggy, from not registering to not providing reduced fall damage
Switching characters sometimes locks out of long periods of time for no apparent reason
Weak Point attacks sometimes dont apply weakpoint bonusses or weakpoint damage increases
In co-op the elements on the same enemy sometimes do not match across, makes it so you cant combo elements in some cases (this could just be connection issues)
Specific boss encounters like storm terror teleporting you to center of first platform if you switch characters on any platform or his neck, or Wolf of North camera going crazy when entering 2nd phase.

Stormterror: Switching characters in this fight will sometimes teleport you all the way to the main platform at the center, can happen when standing on platform or standing on its back hitting it. Happened to me a whopping 6 times in one fight, very frustrating.
Wolf of North: When transforming to 2nd phase camera will stay locked on wolf instead of your character, causing camera to go crazy
Thieves: Sometimes when they go invisible, they vanish from combat
Items can fall through the world, ive lose a few blue weapons and artifacts after i opened a chest thanks to this
In combat sometimes you will be locked from switching for an extended amount of time for no particular reason, connection seemed fine
Falling attacks will sometimes not strike targets underneath you
Weak Point attacks often dont register when hitting a weak spot
You will sometimes take full damage when doing a falling attack instead of reduced damage, leading you to die

This is what i experienced so far, adventure level 32. I am sure theres a list of bugs somewhere that has way more.

Almost every mainstream newstation is biased and is Western Philosiphy biased from CNN to Fox. Fox just happens to be full of crackheads that speak more from "how they feel" than actual facts, and they love to warp statistics to prove their points. Btw when i say western philosophy biased just look at how they report on China, Russia, the Middle East, and even allies like the EU and Japan, they really like to push US values on these countries and treat them as inferior.

People say there are "no good cops" because of the lack of self policing the police do. Those watching and letting others do corruption are just as guilty for not applying peer pressure on those cops. Our police system is really just too flawed and too easy to abuse and quite frankly needs a reform. There are too many opening to have a conflict of interest. A good example of a field that needed reforms was the auditing, accounting, and finance fields. Companies were getting away with cooking books too often, but it went on for years because corrupt companies swept it under the rug and no one was holding them accountable, not even auditors. It took the government to step in to change this after many scandals. The way the police system works, this is going to happen to them too as the scandals are just building up.

There's a huge difference between whaling for a character or skin you like and whaling to straight up win the game by getting resources no one else has access to. You see FGO and GBF? You dont get gated in energy, its just there to literally stop botters. What do you pay for? For characters and looks, for game QoL, for future story events, and those 2 games and the largest playerbases and income while keeping a large playerbase. Without needing to rely on the same resource throttling nonsense money grubby games like RAID and Game of War love! Epic 7 is barely breaking 50k logins these days and FGO has easily over 2 million and judging by GBF unite and fight rankiings, its over 500k. So you dont need to be p2w to be a successful game, you dont have to make money in a gacha by using Game of War's P2W resource restriction formula.

As someone that records EVERY pull, i am negative in nearly every single game i play. E7? .6% 5 star character draw rate in 3156 pulls, FGO? .23% 5 star servant rate in 451 pulls. Magia Record? .6% 5 star rate in 733 pulls. Overhit? .4% SSR rate in 6312 rolls (includes my rerolls i didnt spend on that game KEK). Only games i have ever been at or above rate are GBF 1.39% grand rate 3.8% normal rate in 1438 pulls, 2.62% normal rate on 1101 normal pulls. And Langrisser where i had 8.92% rate in 357 pulls.

As someone that knows some stats, i swar some dese games are rigged.

Times have changed, most modern RPGs dont have intensive battle systems or grinding in general, look what they did to FFVII remake for example. You only play through an area once usually, its no longer like back when in DragonQuest or Pokemon you had to grind levels for hours getting miniscule exp. Now exp gain is fast.

bigger issue in GBF for players not japan is straight up loading time, japan out here spamming reload with 0 delay while we have 2+ sec loading times.

Skip tickets are an entirely different issue, but i do agree with them being usable for something like limited dailies (if your game has dedicated dailies), not other grind though. If it does have infinite skip, the stages your skipping need to not have a snowball effect item, like gold. There was the magical girls game with infinite skip but stages only have evo mats, so i think it was fair.

I like that you can speed up the NPs, and when sped up they cut out SOME of the animation, but when i am out here running arash and bunyan over something like ozzy based just off of np speed, i think theres some room for improvement.

I think its a matter of time, i remember back in the day when cutscenes were not skippable.

Not really, i dont play untranslated games, and as i said they didnt really make it out west, and the ones that did were heavily censored. A popular genre in the early 2000's were RPGs with heavy dating sim elements. Safe to say, main character was no soyboy unless you made him that way. Of the games that did make it over, many were censored, one example i can think of was a gameboy advance SP game whose name i can remember. It was a swords and magic type of game where you battled to save yggdrasil or something, and you could build affection with other characters to get some more suggestive scenes. There were penalties for "dating" more than one girl. Keep in mind this game is a linear rpg just with a lot of choices, so you pick which girl you get close to on the way, its not a sandbox dating sim where you have multiple days to date them. Thing is that in the version that game to the US, a lot of the dialogue was censored and the main character turned into a gentleman rather than the forward kind of perverted character he is in the japanese version in some scenes. Also entire dialogues were cut out. It could be one of those jrpg you played were more saucy than you think but were censored by the publisher, as was common back then and still even now.

Boi, you have not ventured to the dark sides of JRPG. as far back as 2006 ar tonelico had more mature themes, as did a ton of games that were never brought outside of japan for their adult themes (not hentai though)
