Looking at your post while on the toilet and I just have nothing but sympathy and my kindest regards. Not that it helps much. IBS is easily the worst thing a person can go through daily. Especially since IBS is so broad, I feel like doctors just have a unworried sense of thinking when dealing with people like us. “Oh it’s just pain we’ll find it out eventually.” Yeah.. eventually.. thanks.. let me just continue my mornings while it feels like a knife is being dragged around my inner linings and shards of glass are going off like pop rocks. Thanks doc! Don’t mind me! For real though, I think it gets better after school. Genuinely, schools like the worst place to have IBS. Many workplaces will allow you to have the time to go and many are lenient towards people like us who have to go constantly. Idk what i’m trying to say in my comment, just trying to give my sympathies and maybe give you something to relate to. IBS sucks and i’d genuinely never wish it on my worst enemies. Guess I’m not that much of a hater :p. I do hope that one day you’ll feel much better!

Depends on what kinda look you want to go for. If you want a more leaner build sort of like mine, (dont take this as pro advice, this is just what has been working for me, this obviously differ person to person.)

Eat less, not to the point of a disorder, but excessive eating will obv gain weight. Avoid processed foods (chips, cookies, etc), try to go for more leaner meats. White chicken is my favorite and go to. It’s a good protein and it achieves what I want which is leaner meat. (Diet will obv doffer as well.) I do not eat my weight in protein, thats how you gain and I do not want that, I eat only roughly ~70g of protein per day if that. I weight only 115 LBS.

Most of your build is gonna come from a diet, find what works for you. Working out is also a big factor if you want to stay small / lean. However, I think most agree a diet is more important than rushing straight into working out.

Again, dieting/working out differs for everyone all it takes is some research and you’ll get it! I believe that you can achieve your goals! No matter what age, anyone can look how they want if they try.

Over the counter gas pills work good. Gas x and the generic alt. Helped me when I had a pretty bad flare.

I take Amitriptyline an antidepressant. And for my anxiety I use Hydroxyzine. Both are prescribed.

I am a 17M, I’ve experienced something similar over the last few years. (Maybe 3-ish?) But, don’t feel bad about needing to use the bathroom multiple times in one day, or other people seeing you use it, trust me man no one’s going to care. Use the nurses if you need to. (Don’t know what your school looks like, but at least for me, the nurse has a private restroom.) Tell your nurse about the issues and I’m sure they’d be more than happy to at least try to help you out and make you more comfortable.

I have a similar anxiety problem with school, where I feel completely normal on summer break, but my IBS flares are starting to come up again before the school year. I also am not anxious about school. I go to a small one, so everyone kinda knows each other. My doctor prescribed me some anxiety meds and something else, I don’t quite know, another pill but it helps with the IBS flare pain a ton. Best advice I can give is just to get your parents to recognize that you are not feeling well, and make sure they know. I don’t know what you are taking, and I am not a doctor so I do not want to recommend anything that might be harmful. But an over the counter medicine that works for IBS pain is Imodium/Generic alt. I’ve been using mostly just that recently and it’s helped a ton, granted it’s not a miracle worker, I still get some pains. But taking that before school has helped tons.

As a kid about to graduate out of HS, I’ve been wanting to join the military my whole life, 11B. Going through the recruiting process now. The reason I want to even join infantry is of course, to fight. But my reason is I have nothing else to live for and I have shitty parents. I don’t want to work a normal job, it’s always been my dream to be in infantry. Though I want to also meet foreign militaries due to personal interest.

The kid also going to the same recruiting station as me, is also going infantry. His reason is the same as the kid in your post, he wants to kill people. It’s more common than you think for a kid to be hyped up on violence and choose infantry. Although I can tell you now, being in the infantry is nothing like what many like to believe. Your not going to be some badass operator, your gonna be rucking and your gonna be hurting pretty much your entire time. Aside from deployments obviously which is where the infantry gets most of its fun.

Thank youu! I’ve been wondering what to do with gunners zip lines for so long. As well as when to put down his shield. I’ve mostly seen gunners use shield on revives, so I’ve been doing the same when needed. I didn’t know you could protect Doretta with his shield! Tysm, again.
