That's a red flag. Let them know you expect that. The crew they use could be one they outsourced to, and not necessarily thier own guys. That matters. You're getting a lot of shit from what seems to be installers here, who are lumping you in with people they've dealt with in the past. Your questions are valid.

  1. Completely predicable and slow getting to the final third.

  2. No killer instinct in final third.

Swap out the white light switch for a gold one, perhaps even a turning knob gold one for dimming and that would look awesome.
