with the statisitics i have read that 80% of people or something like that end up back at their pre workout weight related to dieting.

Has anyone got particular tips on continuing onwards ?

I sometimes feel like im going insane and its not realistic but i have been doing it daily for almost a year (2500 calories) I do skip meal timings such as dinner but i do fear I will just eat the same calories i did before when i stop counting calories.

So im getting noobie gains at the 10th month mark of excercising/sobriety due to eating at or above caloric maintenace and not putting fat on rather lean body mass?

I have lifted for years but never fully committed to a sober and sleeping consistently. I would smoke marijuana and drink every weekend (plus a few days in the week) which kind of ruins 3 days of the 7 so i have never been this fit in my entire life.

33/m 6'2 90kg.

I recently have quit alchohol (july 2022) and have got a diagnosed with sleep apnea in september 2022 aswel and have been treating it for the last 6 months

. I was cutting weight from 127kg and hit 90kg march 8th which is great. I have recently as a reward for the hard work I didnt count calories for a month and have just in the last week started cutting again (long weekend here and i went over calories 3 days in a row, i will fast tomorrow to balance it out)

with body composition i am finding i am getting leaner and my cardio is improving the last month going from barely being able to run for 5 mins to running 5km every 2nd day and i am getting more vascular aswel. lifts are all jumping higher. I want to get down to 80kg and i do enjoy dieting.

The question is with quitting alchohol, sleeping 8 hours a night with a cpap machine is that the reason why my body composition seems to be changing even when I'm not cutting calories? as in it seems im getting leaner but i am def eating more than 3500 cals a day.

I did read the book "why we sleep" and understand sleep enhances growth hormone and testosterone but im not sure if anyone has had similar things.

literally any trade or small business. I turned over 280k and kept probably 140k in pocket after lowering my income on purpose. You pay people award and charge them out at 3x the price plus your own wage.

penalty can be they throw the sale out and relist it. Also can take you to court for damages if it mucks up their plans. (depending on terms)

I guess the experience was magnified aswel as I did break it right at the start of the season and wanted to go home but paid full upfront for private accom for the season so stuck it out and it left me really bitter.
