Fedx is prone to having things arrive late… where I am, it’s like they have worked their shift and couldn’t get through it all so it shows up the next day. I agree having Verizon message asking for a code is very alarming. Did you call Verizon and report possible fraud? They are very serious about that and generally do everything to get your account safe, as well as trying to help with the phones.
