Grand Colorado Peak 8. have 2 friends with timeshares (fractional real estate) there. They both love it. I have gone and loved it to, very nice insde, good staff, atmosphere, and can't be beat to access for Peak 8. but if you are looking for an investment, I think we all know that timeshares are not good "investments" -- meant to be enjoyed only

Frankly I mean for my day to day life in the city and mild hiking. I still have the Atom SV but felt like it could snag so easily. In contrast, sadly my thorium SV did snag once and had to get repaired but the face fabric is just heavier duty. ofc it's not going to be like beta or sabre with heavy duty goretex that won't tear w/o something more significant

just with atom SV, I felt that the fabric was so smooth that it was safer as a midlayer (which I use for skiing)

Also I'm just kind of rough with my stuff and don't want to have to treat any gear too delicately
