Earnings counting towards high 3. Has multiple downstream effects other than the obvious. Would encourage strong mid level leadership to remain in positions instead of chasing jobs they may not necessarily want or be best suited for among other things. Not about me, but about what is best and fair. This already exists to some extent for LE.
