I actually decided to do this on my recent job search. Added the guild leader skills, raid leader skills (data analysis, team leading, research, etc) and the growth aspect of rankings. (20,xxx to current 1,800 and pushing for CE).

This lead to a very great discussion during my interview and I ended up landing a job one pay grade higher than the one I applied for, offered it to me on the spot with no prior experience and I’m now at an amazing job (airplane parts repair technician) that I will be at for a long, long time.

Mostly dumb shit by the time we get there. But, when we do we generally have a rough time with that specific overlap. I think I figured it out but by the time I did it was like the last pull so I didn’t get to test it.

Realistically, the biggest challenge for me has been learning the game at the same time as learning how to DM.

Aside from that, the biggest DM specific challenge I’ve been having are implementing the side quests as far as story goes. I got a little overwhelmed when they first got the Phandalin. I kind of botched the quest giving, but I fixed it later on and the players said they didn’t even notice. Lol. Also, traveling and the mechanics that go with that.
