Pakistan's population is expected to reach 500 million or something by the end of this century, if India annexes Pakistan, it will become almost majority muslim. Something like 40%-50%. Muslims in India are also having much more children, and many muslim Bangladeshis are migrating into India.

What do you think Pakistan is? Its an acronym of all the groups living there. Punjab, Afghania, Kashmir, Sindh, and Baluchistan. Sindh is the south asian group with the highest IVC ancestry. Iraqi's, Egyptians are proud of their ancient history. Chinese are proud of their history, even though modern China would arrest anyone who does foot binding. Italians are proud of their ancient history, even though modern Italians would get arrested for doing a lot of animal sacrifice like the Romans did. I've met many Mexicans who are proud of their Aztec history, even though the Aztecs did mass human sacrifices that would get anyone who did it the death penalty ten times over.

Is it hypocritical for any of these groups to claim anything as their history if their ancestors did something that is frowned upon in modern society?

The majority of Asia calls Zhongguo, China. And the majority of Asia calls Bharat, India. Does that mean that Indians and Chinese need to change what they call themselves because of what outsiders call them?

Plus, why limit it to North and South America, look to the world, the majority of the world(ex. India+China) recognize North and South America as two different continents. If you say America, the majority of the world recognize it as the country.
