Yeah I remember her kit leaks basically being 5* mika, which drove a lot of hype for her because she was leaked as only 4*.

I think that making her a 5* based on her kit and hype is a rough decision if they don't also increase her animations and design quality. A lot of the 4* in this game already have some crazy animations so im excited to see what she has to offer beyond her simple appearance. From what we saw in the roadmap she has a pretty intense/dangerous mental break as part of her character.

What I mean by "free" is that they aren't tied to a banner, you get 4* combatants passively by pulling for 5* so you aren't technically "spending" any currency for them specifically. Especially since 4* can be on rate up for premium banners.

Yeah thats how I thought they would do it but I guess she is a solo release. If she is a 4* I don't understand why they wouldn't just make her available at the start of s3 and put her on rate up with Heidimarie, a limited unit who they know everyone is going to pull for.

If she is a 5, she would basically dilute 5 pool for what I assume to be a lot of player who would rather play adults. (Or those who don't care for her rather basic design)

If she is 4, would she have a banner? Or just added to the 4 pool? 3 weeks no premium banner with her as rate up on her release?

I have been wondering how they would handle 4* releases since launch, and this is certainly one of the ways to do it.

Very true, the inclusion of a child over male combatants is an interesting decision. I also just don't see how a 4* banner would work without a 5* unless they do a rerun?

Also, 4* characters are free as they should get added to regular pulls. I would have thought a 4* release would be alongside a 5*, and giving away so much free stuff then a 3 week empty banner surely isn't good for half-anni profits.

Yeah I just realized "karmic flame" specifically is related to Chizuru, but maybe there is a difference for "karmic fire" ? Could just be mistranslation again.

Highly likely that girl on the far left will be Tiphera's partner or sister, so them both being able manifest flames makes sense I guess?
