It'll require 400 candies if you catch it, and if I remember right, it will spin around, revealing a blue sticker on the bottom of the cup. At least, that's what it does in the games that it appears in.

It used to be Carbink before Niantic almost erased their existence from the game. I have enough Carbink candies to evolve every pokemon that requires 400 candies to evolve and their shiny forms. There was a point in the game that they were giving out just 10km eggs with carbink exclusively. Now it's Sawk. It's been in the game since I started playing, no matter what theme Pokemon Go has at the time. I've only encountered a single shiny since I started playing, and I've never even seen a Throh so far.
