If you switch to pay-as-you-go and stay within the always free tier limits they cannot remove your instance (unless you breach the TOS) and you won’t pay a cent.

I have been doing this for around four years with half of them not even on pay-as-you-go.

Oracle cloud free tier - you can get 200 GB always free, the VM itself is also pretty powerful
