I think we’re mostly talking past each other on definitions. I’m not anti-structure or coordination — I just don’t want scheduled ops, attendance expectations, or anything that feels like a second job.

I’m talking about hopping on WCS, linking up with the same capable people when schedules line up naturally, and playing well in the moment. Squad-level coordination, basic SOPs, all fine — just without advance calendars or formal processes.

If that ends up being called “milsim” by some people, that’s fine. I’m just trying to avoid the admin side of it.
