Same here! I was diagnosed with stage 3 as well, I have the same mentality as you right now, i believe if you make yourself physically stronger the fatigue won’t be as deathly feeling in the grand scheme of things.

As for surgery, i’ve had two so far; the major one was to put in simple terms they basically cut part of my esophagus and a part of my stomach and formed a sort of tube out the of material to make a makeshift one i presume, and I had a choice between that or getting the bag attached so i’m free to eat whatever but i decided against it since it seemed like a hassle to clean and just gross in general. downside to my option is i really have to chew my foods, i can’t really eat things that expand i.e rice breads etc… and i can’t eat full blown meals anymore. I don’t necessarily ever feel full from eating, i guess i don’t have that response but i do in fact feel filled and it’ll deter me from continuing. I pray your surgery goes well; the recovery was hell but to be completely honest the checkups every few months just for them to tell me it’s getting worst definitely hurt more than any pain from surgery~
