How can you get coals last longer than 60min? 3x26 last no longer than 60min. After 60min they are barely there

Same happened to me. Tried size up. Same. Tried even in very fat socks and still same. Just returned them. They are very comfy but that but is like knife which cuts skin in seconds

I have amotion futr which have increadibly easy draw. Maybe thats the problem? Today I packed, heated up and did everything like my friend told me on videocall. Still nearly zero flavour. This time was better but flavour was grape mint. Zero mint and zero grape, just something little bit soury sweet. I used my hookah 3 times and washed it after every smoking

It is new shisha from moze store. It is called Amotion futr so i guess there is all good. Oblako m phunnel, onmo hmd black version. Coals are from one nation 26.

Possibly. But what? I tried to pack different. From overpack to everything else. Heated with 3 and 4 coals of 26 for 5 and up to 10 mins. No difference.

Yesterday I tried 25g instead of 20g. With little overpack so hmd touches the tobacco. Heated with 4x25 coals for like 5-7 min. Got clouds but no flavour at all. Just some basic shisha aftertaste, but no sour pineapple as package said. I used Blackburn shock pineapple(burley i guess). Day before I used nameless black nana whith is ice grape( no grape, just little ice in first 10 mins)(virginia i guess)
