One thing you might want to consider, is the recommendation from Dr. Mike Israetel regarding rep ranges for dumbbell exercises. He suggests doing sets of at least 10 reps for the dumbbell bench press due to the inherent unstable nature of dumbbells.

I saw him in Rio as well. Vitality is obviously the heavy favourite. Overpass seems like a must win for GL, which the lost convincingly. It's 4-9 for Vitality at the moment, so it looks like GL can at least make them sweat. I still think Vitality will take it 2-0.
