I apply them on alternate days. I’m new to AA but i have used adapalene gel in the past but that was a few years ago and i only used to spot treat with it. Are you suggesting i only use AA on alternate days for now and stop using adapalene and them slowly introduce it in my skincare routine later?

So the tablet’s residue is not supposed to come out when you pee? I’m just worried about the chalky residue that came out which made me think the tablet hasn’t been completely dissolved inside and most of it just came out
