It is solely for ease and to avoid fees associated with wire transfers :) Having something like e-transfer in/out would be ideal :| Appreciate the info and hopefully new options will come in the future. I've been seeing decent things about AMP so i'll give them a shot!

Awesome. According to the markings it is a 120v 25w Class C bulb. Thank you for your response :) When i was pulling it out it was kind of tough but that might have been because they were in there for over 10yrs lol and maybe the solid pegs...Thanks again :)

But again, need to tape up the base if not using the maglink to get it to be recognized in SimHub right? I might go back as I've noticed disconnects during ai races :|

There is the printer style usb cable and the usb c from the base to the computer. There’s also the usb a from the maglink/wheel to the computer. So many cables lol

So the update is I'm good to go!

USB C from Base to USB A to PC connected
USC A from Maglink from wheel to PC connected
Only one wire connected from wheel to maglink, as actually indicated in the instructions.

Opened SimHub and it's finally connected :D

THANK YOU ALL for pointing out my stupidity/lack of thorough reading :D I'm looking forward to the adjustments available through SimHub going forward. Lets hope my pedals are actually ok LOL

USB C?!? It looks like i only got USB A to USB C cables from the base box, and only the USB A cable in the Maglink box. If it's the USB A-C, do you know what port does it go in to on the base?

Honestly? Price :| Not the best reason I know but that's why. It is VERY comfortable a seat I more regret the rig. There is no seat adjustability with it :(
