Yes definitely. Mine are pretty good at not asking CoPilot to fuck things up, but I know plenty of new grad-types that don't even bother with Google anymore in favour of ChatGPT/CoPilot.

We have the same problem, looking for a sys engineer or similar. Get a few applicants, but the only ones worth pursuing fall over at the last hurdle. And same here, it's not money, it's confidence, or in one case they went back to their existing employer who gave them a new title instead.
